Hannes Huotari has more than 18 years of experience in smart real estate and technology development. He has worked e.g. as a technology architect for Aalto university properties and accelerator in several technology companies. Hannes’ core competence is a unique combination of knowledge of the real estate industry and business development using technology.

Tatu Monto has 15 years of experience in the private security sector, where he has worked in various roles as business manager, service business developer and in commercial positions. Tatu’s special areas of expertise are cyber security, preparedness solutions and security technologies. Tatu is responsible for Louhe’s sales and customer relations.

Jukka Laakso has more than 30 years of experience in the security industry, both in a multinational company and also as a growth entrepreneur and CEO at Flexim Security Oy. Jukka has also helped several companies in the field in clarifying their strategy and growing, transitioning to new business models and implementing change projects.

Eira Hurskainen is responsible for operational activities of Louhe Oy. Eira has experience especially in product development projects and the internationalization of companies both in a startup environment and in large companies in Finland and abroad.

Kary Främling is a professor of Computer Science at Umeå University and an assistant professor of production economics at Aalto University. He has been developing artificial intelligence and machine learning methods since the 90s and he is also a pioneer of the Internet of Things and digital twins worldwide. He has published more than 150 scientific articles.

Tero Takalo has worked over 25 years in hi-tech companies and cybersecurity. Being ever curious about all kinds of phenomena has led to combination of understanding both hardware and software side of products as well as people making them tick. He also understands well the importance of strong and respectful relationship with the customer.
